The first N64 previously Japan-exclusive to hit the Wii Virtual Console in other territories, this on-rails shooter certainly opens a lot of gates to what games we might just see in the future on the VC (in theory, just about any). However, does it turn out to be worth your 1200 points?

Mario Strikers for GC was brilliant in terms of arcade-style fun, outdoing both the Golf and Tennis series in terms of franticness, accessibility and insanity. Now, Ninty strikes back with a sequel, fully charged with lawless, malevolent football, and with a title long enough to make a near-endless number of puns. Does it hold up? Before I after what seemed like far too long got my import version of Phoenix Wright 2, I was excited, though nervous as to whether or not it would stand up to the original, one of the greatest games to grace the DS with it's presence so far.
